With 25 years of experience in real estate development, brokerage, project management, and property operations, Amy Chhom brings a sharp, strategic mindset to every project she leads. She specializes in distressed asset recovery and long-term planning, helping clients uncover value and chart a clear path to sustainable growth. Known for her collaborative leadership style, Amy has built and led high-performing teams while delivering customized consulting solutions across multifamily, commercial, retail, industrial, and manufactured housing sectors. Her advisory approach is focused on optimizing asset performance, improving operational efficiency, and driving results that matter.

 

 Amy also works as a consultant, partnering with private investors to elevate the quality and operations of their real estate portfolios. Her hands-on experience spans the full real estate life cycle—from conceptual design and acquisition to lease-up, stabilization, and disposition. She also led the redevelopment of a historic mill, navigating complex challenges while bringing new life to a legacy asset.

 

Interestingly, real estate wasn’t part of Amy’s original plan. After earning a fine arts degree from Massachusetts College of Art with aspirations of becoming an artist, she took what was meant to be a short-term job with a successful real estate entrepreneur—and never looked back. What started as a temporary detour turned into a fulfilling, decades-long career marked by creativity, resilience, and results.

• Pre & Post-Construction Project Management of 500+ Multifamily units constructed using federal financing programs including Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) acting as the primary contact for compliance monitoring with syndicators, investors, and NHHFA on behalf of for-profit developer. 

• Project Management during Construction of state-of-the-art ambulatory care center in addition to 5 other Medical related projects both renovations in the Acute Care Hospital setting and ground up construction of Medical Office Buildings throughout greater Manchester. 

• Property Management and Brokerage services of 3 million SF of Commercial, 1500 Apartments, and 200 + of Residential Fee Simple lots, homes, and condos. 

• Global Management of Real Estate for an INC 5000 company to include office and facility expansions. 

• Providing specialized services in property management, infrastructure planning, infill, and more to internal and affiliate staff supporting over 350  Manufactured Housing communities nationwide
