HASSAN ESSA

Hassan was born in Kuwait and moved to New Hampshire as a refugee in 2000. As a young professional he has become very involved in the Greater Manchester area where he calls home. He currently serves in the New Hampshire Air National Guard. Hassan ran a competitive campaign in 2017 for Alderman representing ward 12 in Manchester which nearly won him a seat as the youngest to serve in the role. Hassan is graduating in May with a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics and Society from the University of New Hampshire at Manchester. Public service is his passion. Hassan is a volunteer mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Manchester, NH. He is eager to help you find the home of your dreams or to find the perfect buyer for home you are selling.
MATT TOOLIN

Matt serves as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor for The Chhom Group as a commercial real estate sales and leasing specialist. Prior to joining The Chhom Group, Matt spent 15 years at The Fini Real Estate Group, Inc., where he has successfully closed a number of high profile transactions for regional and national Fortune 500 companies.
Matt's ability to thoroughly research and analyze financial and marketing strategies, has allowed him to achieve long term success and recognition as a much sought after advisor.
Prior to The Fini Real Estate Group, Matt served in various capacities of finance management for high tech and leading edge firms such as Amherst Technologies, which was acquired by PC Connection.
Toolin is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Hampshire and earned a bachelor's degree in Finance from Boston College.
Matt resides in Bedford with his wife Michelle, daughter Olivia, son Jack and dog Buddy. Away from work, he serves on The Friends of Bedford Soccer Board of Directors, runs an online sports cards and collectibles business and can usually be found cheering on his kids at the various soccer fields throughout New England.
