While the units are currently being prepared for new occupants, marketing of the units has begun. The units are anticipated to be ready for viewing the week of March 5th and will be ready for immediate occupancy.

2nd Floor - 3 Bedroom, 1 Bath, Gas Heat, Electric Stove - Tenants Pay Heat and Electric - $2000/Month

All applicants must complete an online application and pass all criminal background and landlord verifications. Applicants are responsible for all costs associated with the application process.

No Residents, except those reflected on the lease or mentioned in housing choice vouchers, are allowed to occupy the home. Any infractions will immediately result in eviction.
